Drop-in Guided Meditation @ Cross Cultural Center

Join us every Monday from 4-5pm in the Cross-Cultural Center Wellness Room for 30 minutes of guided meditation followed by 30 minutes of quiet time for meditation or journaling on your own. Guided meditation will be led by Certified Yoga Instructor and CSWHP staff member, Natalie D’Azzo. No RSVP needed.

Goal Setting Workshop @ Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion Conference Room

Goal-setting with a wellness spin! Learn to set goals that align with your core values, and explore tools and resources that help you achieve your goals and balance your wellness. All participants will be entered to in a drawing to win an undated *PASSION PLANNER. Plus, all participants will be eligible to earn a Zot Health Leadership Badge after completing 5 easy steps.
